Hello Expert, When Create Customer in Business Central and try to sync in Sales 365(CRM) but "Relationship Type" field sync blank not customer also other fields value sync.

Scenario : Create new Customer in Business Central and try to sync in D365 Sales(CRM) so "Relationship Type" field in Sales sync blank value not customer and other fields sync as per requirements same during Vendor. 

More understanding issue add screen short :

So in "Relationship Type" not get value as a Customer.

    Hi,

    I have traced your scenario in the newly created environment.

    Unfortunately, in my environment, Customer was set for Relationship..

    I think default set up will set "Customer" in Relationship field. So, please try to initialize settings below:
     1) Redeploy Integration Solution

     2) User Default Synchronization Setup

     3) Reset Transformation Rules

    but its standard integration for Customer and Vendor to Account so in that case not add field integration.

    I know fields mapping required If we required more fields mapping, but its standard integration for Customer and Vendor to Account so in that case not add field integration.

    you can check what fields are mapped by opening the page like below.

    If you want new fields to sync then you have to extend the Integration
