How to change the user access mode to read-only ( Issue: The read-only access mode is not supported)

Hello,

I am using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (2021 release wave 2) version :9.2.22023.00133. I need to change programmatically the access mode of a list of the users to read-only. I tried to do with powerautomate and i received the error message below:

"The read-only access mode is not supported SystemUserId =......".

Do you have any idea to fix this issue?

Thanks a lot.

Best regards.

    Hi,

it is not supported to set Read access mode in online crm. please see below thread.

though the option is still available from power automate, you will not be able to do that.

Also when you open the user record in crm you will only below options

    Read-write

    Administrative

    Non-interactive
