App for Outlook attachment not traking in CRM

Hi 
Is it possible to enable trace for "app for outlook " ?  
We are having random problem in outlook sometimes attachment is not traking in email in Dynamics 365.

    Hi Ragnar,

    1. Check whether the attachment size of Outlook mail exceeds the attachment size limit of D365.

    We can view and modify the attachment size in the system settings.

    2. Check whether Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) is enabled.
