How to stop fields from clearing when I click Submit on a PO.

We are starting to work with Workflows for PO approval.   The users that enter POs under the limit don't like that they have to click Submit and then look up the PO again to print.   Is there any customization that anyone has done to leave the PO open after clicking Submit.   We are on 18.3.
