Hi there, I have added a menu button on ProdListPage

example, if we selected the records BO003607, after click on the button we need to show the records related to this particular record, shown as below.

but at the moment, when we click on the button, I'm getting all the records which are avaliable.

please help me with the suggestions and how to achieve this.

Hi Seshu,

First, you need to ensure you have a table relation between your new table and the production orders on the production order field.

On the form design, you have placed the menu item button for the batch order containers. You can fill the datasource property with the ProdTable. This will be used to send the record as caller to the form which will be opened.

Add datasource to the menuItem button and If its not enough add a relatation to second table
