You will run Check Links before IV Reconcile. Run it on the entire Inventory series. Check Links will confirm links between all tables. It does have the ability to delete records which is why I suggest you perform a backup first.

Should I have to Run al the Check Links in the Inventory Module or any particular thing ? And will it affect any Record If I run Checklink Before Reconcile ?

GRANT.SQL will not help here. Have you tried running this on the server? How about making a backup and then run check links on the inventory series. See if check links reports any errors.

I am getting the Same Error even in 'sa' .

Should I still have to still Run the GRANT.SQL ? And I don't Find any null or blank values in ITEMNMBR.

First, try running IV reconcile as 'sa'. If you do not get the error it is security. If you still get the error then this is data driven. Try running GRANT.SQL. You will find this in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\GP\SQL\Util. If error persists try

SELECT * FROM [dbo].[IV00101] ORDER BY ITEMNMBR

    SELECT * FROM [dbo].[IV00102] ORDER BY ITEMNMBR,LOCNCODE

    SELECT * FROM [dbo].[IV10200] ORDER BY ITEMNMBR,DATERECD

Look for any NULL or blank values.

Which account are you using to run this item reconcile process ? have you tried to run this against the TWO / Fabrikam company ?

This looks like a permission issue possibly, or some other weird SQL settings...
