Power Automate - filter on received items : How to?

Hi,

I apologize ahead of time for such a simple question but I am having difficulty finding right info.

I'm trying to send a simple email notification when an item of interest is received in our company.

I believe I have managed to create one with below trigger - but I don't want all the received items but only the ones that I am waiting for :

For example:

1st time receiving  or OOS items

If this is not achievable I would like to have some updated excel or list in Teams and hope the power automate to match up with the list and only pull these.

Is there a good way to achieve this filtering?

Thank you so much!

Hi, as far as I know, generally you should add Condition after this step to determine whether to execute it or not.

    More details: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/add-condition

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

I think I missed in my original post but

    first,filter:

    linetype:  SHOULD BE Item

Second filter : lineobjectnumber SHOULD BE either OOS items or list we have in SP or excel file or some list.

When wee have the first shipment after item creation that'll be one (1st time receiving) or overall currently Out of Stock items.  (so basically current qty is 0). Otherwise we do send out OOS reports with regularly so we can update a list in SP if we can pull some filtering just from that list that matches item no. Thanks,

How do you define the items you are waiting for?

Is that f.ex. the purchase orders where the expected delivery date is exceeded ?
