Personalization not saved - AL1403

Hi,

we face the problem that a personalization is not saved on the customers environment. Running BC19.3 OnPrem.

When trying to personalize a page (moving columns) those are not saved. After closing the page, and reopening everything is set back. The strange thing is that only fields from our page extension are hit by that.
It does not matter if we extend a standard BC page (for e.g. item card) or a third party module page. The behavior remains the same.

When looking into personalized pages we have this entry for the page where personalization is not saved:

AL1403: 'Attrib1Code' is an ambiguous reference between 'Attrib1Code' defined by the extension 'XXX (19.3.0.85)' and 'Attrib1Code' defined by the extension 'XXX (19.3.0.85)'

And it tells me exact the same app with the same version. how can there be a ambiguous reference between the exact same app and same field? Another mysterious fact, we cannot reproduce on our local develop environment allthough the same apps are installed.

Anybody got a idea?

Regards,
Marco
AL1403: 'KVSAttrib1Code' is an ambiguous reference between 'KVSAttrib1Code' defined by the extension 'Kraemer by Kumavision AG (19.3.0.85)' and 'KVSAttrib1Code' defined by the extension 'Kraemer by Kumavision AG (19.3.0.85)'.
