Email notification when batch job is ended

Dear All,

I have tried to test sending email notifications when batch job ends, but the system didn't send any emails. Please advise me if any setup is not correct?

Setup Email parameter
Setup user option
Setup batch job for Change based alerts, Email distributor batch
Setup system email template
Run inventory closing with batch job
Setup Alert rule with send email
When batch job is ended, check Email history system show email send but I didn't receive any email

Hi,

You said, the email history is showing email Sent?

If this is the case then can you check if the email status is "Sent" if so, then there must be white listing issue with your recipients ID?

Can you also check in to the sent box of the email ID from the email is going?

Did you setup the alert on the individual Batch job? That's what you are missing out.
