Team,
I have two questions concerning customer statements.
1. Can I run a customer statement report?
2. Can I create a filter in the customer statement for customer with a credit balance ?
You need to enter FROM DATE and TO DATE in order to access that field
How can I use the Aging Period Definitions on the customer Statement option (the graded-out part in the attachment above) ?

There are two things that come to my mind in regards to this filter issue:
1. Can you export the report data to excel and filter there?
2. Alternatively, can't you do your filter in the aged balance form in the credit and collections module?

Yes you can use OOB customer statement report as MATTGUO mentioned the navigation path to access the report.
But we dont have filter criteria to run this report with "Credit balance" of customer
You can also check "Customer balance list report and customer balance list with credit limit reports" from >> Credit and collection >> Inquiries and reports >> Customer.
1.Please check the path AR -> Inquiries and reports -> customers -> customer account statement.
2.I have checked that can not filter the credit balance even though the balance table is joined in the filter, but you can show the credit balance on the report.
