Users cannot see model-driven apps (Sales and Customer Service Hub)

Hello,

I am experiencing a strange situation with dynamics 365 model-driven apps.

I assigned the same security roles (app access and (customer service rep or salesperson)) for 12 users in my environment.

Some users can see and access the apps (Sales and Customer service) while others cannot.

I have used the App access checker. Below is a screenshot.

Roles assigned to all users:

Customer Service:

    Hi Partner,

Do all the users have same license model.

Can you please check their license in office 365 once against the users who are able to access the Apps.

Please mark my answer as verified if you find this information useful.

    Hi Jide,

Users that have access and Users that do not have access, they have same license?

You can go to Microsoft 365 admin center to check it:
