Time and attendance: Tolerance in profile type overtime

(0) ShareShare

Hello,

I need "round-off" overtime, in fractions of 30 minutes.

For example: if a worker has a profile from 8:00 to 16:30, but works until 17:01:00, the calculated overtime time is 00:30:00. Discarding 1 minute.

A simple solution would be for the "overtime" profile type to allow adding tolerance.

Does anyone know if it is possible to modify the tolerance for the type of overtime profile in the configuration of the time profiles:

Here a example for worker:

    Hello Charlotte Xu,

    thanks for the reply.

But you in the last capture do not show me a value in tolerance.

You show how to make a filter on the column "tolerance before .." with "less than or equal" and value "15".

I ask how to assign the value 15 to that column. It appears shaded to me and I cannot enter any value.

    Hi Pedro Romero,

You can create tolerances on a profile type line. The profile type is still valid if registrations are made within the tolerance period.

For more specific operations, you can view the following documentation:

Set up profiles for time and attendance registrations | Microsoft Docs

The documentation is for Dynamics AX, but also applies to the D365FO.

There are also some other related documentations in the table of contents to its left.

    Best Regards,

    Charlotte
