Hierarchy Tile layouts

Hi team,

I am making some tweaks requested of me to a test Hierarchy tile, and the remit is to show a comment/free text-style field.

I have configured my test tile as per the layout below:

Is it possible to extend the comment fields to more than one row? I guess it is straightforward enough to click into the record to see the summary, but our exec are hoping for a quick summary glimpse.

As a side question - is it possible to print the hierarchy tile layout as it stands?

Thanks in advance,

Jayden.

    Thank you Steve,

I will submit the feature request to make the hierarchy printable.

I have one further question relating to the hierarchy tiles - is it possible to configure the system to show more than 1 hierarchy level?

Our organisation has a use-case where we might relate entities 3-4 levels down from the primary entity.

    Thanks in advance,

    Jayden.

    Hi JaydenPerez17,

Unfortunately, there's no setting for this and also the account hierarchy tile can't be printed by now. You could submit an idea here:
