Is it possible to show appointments on booking overview in dynamics field service mobile app?
You now can show appointments on the schedule board in Field Service, but there is no way to show them on the booking overview of the mobile app?
This is quite annoying for FS technicians as the will see there bookings on the booking calendar overview, but not Appointments planned on the schedule board.
Of course, one could always make bookings instead of appointments.
But sometimes a FS technician is planned for an internal day solving different cases.
Now FS Technicians use 2 calendars, for bookings and other appointments (apart from their private appointments). Not very customer friendly.
