Sales Order e-mail attachment missing by default

ReportReport

Good afternoon,

A customer is missing the Sales Order document when clicking "mail confirmation" button.

For all other documents like the Sales Invoice etc. it works fine.

The e-mail functionality works like it should. I'm surprised that this only occurs with the Sales Order confirmation sending via e-mail.

Does anyone have a suggestion how to solve this? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance, Timo SO-mail.jpg

Just to add to Nitin's comment

Also check "Report Selection - Sales" then from top select Order then make sure report selected and Use for Email Attachment is selected as well. This is a global setup that can cover for all customers if they are missing the setup

    Hi,

Can you please check if Document layout is defined for the sales order report? See the image below from the customer card.
