is it possible to customize the customer voice app itself?
I would like to integrate the dynamics 365 'task' (activity) table directly in the customer voice app.
I would like to integrate the dynamics 365 'task' (activity) table directly in the customer voice app.
So that customer voice users can create and manage tasks directly without switching apps.
I have not yet found a way to add this app to a solution.
