Reopen a closed opportunity

Is there way to reopen accidentally closed opportunity?
I've tried below method from Microsoft page but it's not working.

    Hi Partner,
    Based on the documentation, you should be assigned security roles with sufficient privileges.
    The reopen opportunity essentially updates the status of the current record , checking to see if you have editing privileges.
    --Clicking 'Check access' button and fill current user in the lookup.

    Reopen a closed opportunity
    It should work try the same on single record. Open the record and check the ribbon you find the same button to reopen opportunity.
