Navision 2009 R2 Dataport execution through NAS

Hello Everyone,

I need some guidelines regarding Excuting the dataport in NAV 2009, I designed a data port in 2009 that import data from CSV file, when I execute it manually through an action it work fine, But then I try to automate it through Exchange Profiles it doesn't import the file
One solution is to try creating an XMLport/processing-only report to import the data but is there any way to use the same data port, I am not pretty much familiar with Navision 2009.

Best Regards,

Thank you for the response ZHU,

Our client is using 2009 and they are not willing to switch to the newer version so we have to provide them services. Our current version doesn't have job queues functionality and the current solution they are using is an ISV partner solution, So we are kinda stuck.

    Kind Regards,

    Abdullah

Hi, If your files are in a fixed folder, you can try to use the Job queue to run automatically.

PS: NAV2009 has been out of support for more than three years, please upgrade to the latest version as soon as possible.
