Trade agreements - Update pricing of order when received or shipped early

Can the price on a purchase or sales order with trade agreement pricing on the delivery date be updated if the delivery date falls in one trade agreement, but the actual delivery or receipt is done in the other trade agreement?

For instance, Item XYZ has 2 trade agreements.  One expires on 11/30/2022 and the other starts on 12/1/2022.  If the purchase or sales order has a delivery date of 12/1/2022 and has the price for that agreement, but is received on 11/30/2022, can the price be updated based on that receipt date rather than being invoiced based on the trade agreement price on the delivery date?

    Thanks Henrik, this is the first I've seen this request and it appears to be specific to my current client.  If it does come up again I'll look to add to Ideas portal.  Thanks again.

    We do not have such a capability in the product neither for purchasing nor for selling.

    The trade agreement date range can only be compared against the date type that you have on the Sales Order/Quotation line: Current day (today), Requested ship or receipt date. For purchasing you have the options current day (Today) and delivery date. In essence you would like an option to have a line price being re-calculated by re-searching trade agreements based on the actual receipt date. If a different price is found, then apply this to the line and apply when invoicing. 

    Such a capability needs to consider multiple scenarios such as change order management on the purchase side when a line price is updated, partial receipts and partial deliveries, where each receipt and delivery may require different line pricing for the same purchase and sales line. 

    If this is a capability that you believe represents a general business requirement, then I suggest that you create an entry on the Ideas Portal. Then we can monitor how much in demand such a capability is and, if in high demand, consider it in future product planning.
