Hi,
we have knowledge articles in our customer service application and users can give feedback and comments on the articles.
Is there an easy way to export all articles including the feedback and the comments to pass this on to a different department (the one in charge of creating knowledge but has no access to crm)?

also I found out that Feedback is its own entity which you can enable in the model driven app and then via views easily see all feedbacks in one list and export them.

You can export kb articles records list:
However, you can't do it if you want to export one kb article with full context.
And you can export related feedback records:
If you want to make kb articles visible to users who don't have access to crm, you can learn about the portal.
The portal is external-facing websites that allow users outside their organizations to sign in with a wide variety of identities, create and view data in Microsoft Dataverse, or even browse content anonymously.
