Hi,

Any ideas on how to schedule an email to an external provider (every 48 hours) using Advanced Find data (work orders) using out of box functionality?

Hi Cpmt1977,

You need to write Power Automate as similar below:

Create scheduled cloud flow
Add list rows component. Open your view and download Fetch XML and paste it into the List row Fetch XML property.
Add send email V2 component.
1. set external provider into To if it is one. if there are more then we can discuss them.
Do you need to send work orders separately or in an excel sheet or one email? I am demonstrating a separate case. If it is one email then I can share it also.
