Dear Experts,

I am migrating BC V20 On premise database cloud.

There are two companies, Company A - 295 GB, Company B 13 GB. Company B has successfully migrated to cloud, but company A getting an error for G/L Entry Table, See the attached image.

Is this problem with table data size, or Do I need to follow special procedure?

Cloud-Error.jpgCan anyone suggest a solution?

    Hi,

Can you check that if you have provided the specific company permission to that user in User card?

    Thanks.

Hi, from your error message, it seems that the user failed to log in.

Please check your SQL Connection String again.

In addition, have you purchased the capacity of the SaaS version? The default is only 80G. If you exceed 80G, there should be errors. But I'm sorry I haven't seen the specific error message.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/administration/migrate-data

The capacity recommended by Microsoft is 30G......

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.
