Updating BC on prem Version 19 to BC on prem Version 19.1

Hello, I am looking to move data from BC on prem Version 19 (W1) to BC on prem version 19.1(US release). Can anyone recommend how should I go about it or is this even possible? 

Addition Information

Version: US Business Central 19.1 (Platform 19.0.31889.32155 + Application 19.1.31886.32186) ----------- Current Version of Business Central
Version: W1 (Platform 19.0.2.9884.3066 + Application 19.0.29894.30693)                                       ----------- Version of Business Central I want to move data to

    I found this video by Saurav Dhyani on moving data from one version of BC on-premises to another.
