How to stop emails do NOT sync to the CRM ?

Hello All CRM Expert,

How to stop emails do NOT sync to the CRM.

I tried to mailbox property set None option Incoming,Outgoing,(Appointment,Task,Contact)

Setting --> System Setting --> Email --> Configure default synchronization method -->set None option Incoming,Outgoing,(Appointment,Task,Contact)

Please help me if any have good solution for this issue.

    Hi

    When you say Do not sync to the CRM, what exactly are you referring to.

    You can either have a system settings updated as mentioned in post by Rav or it can be done at a user level on option settings.

    Do you want to disable it for one particular user or firm wide? If for one user, he/she can click on gear icon on the right- Options- Under Personal Options select Email and set 'Select the email messages to track in Microsoft Dynamics 365' to 'No email messages'.

    In case you want to do it firm wide, you can leverage XRM Toolbox plugin ‘User Setting Utility’ to set it to below for all the users in bulk,
