Hello Sales Experts,
I have created a workflow to send email to a leads using a Lead template.
Once the email is sent and recorded in CRM365, the owner of the email should be the same as the owner of the contact(qualified lead). How do I do this using the Form Assistant as the email owner should have a dynamic value.
In the Form Assistant, there is this Administration tab which I assume is for email ownership.
I would like to ask if below is the correct configuration:
Please help me on this.
