Dear Experts,
after applying Service Update - Version 10.0.12 on D365FO there is a problem accessing General Ledger - Financial Reports.
We get following error when starting the application:
Application cannot be startet. Please contact the manufacturer of the application
In the details we found following error message:
+ An application for this deployment is already installed with a different application identity.
Does somebody have an idea how we can solve that issue?
