Hello Experts,

I want to raise a query on power platform. However, it is not taking my business central id in the premier id. I am an essential user and I am raising it through client id. Can you suggest how can I get premier id?

You should still be able to raise support requests about Power Platform and Power Apps without premier support. The wait time might however be a lot slower.
Can you select the Power Platform plan. I don't remember the precise name of it top of mind, but I can send you a screen shot if needed.

I think your reply might be an AI-assisted post, but I do not see any tools or sources cited.
The reason why is is that it's getting flagged by the tools I'm using to identify generative AI, and the different background color of the bullet points.

Can you update the post to include your sources, or confirm this was not produced using AI?

    Hello,

    Thanks for your question!

If you're an Essential user and trying to raise a support ticket via the Power Platform portal, the system may not recognize your Business Central ID as a valid Premier Support ID, unless your organization has a Premier or Unified Support agreement in place.

    Here are a few suggestions:

    1. Check with your Microsoft admin or partner to confirm whether your organization has a Premier Support contract and what the correct Premier ID is.
    2. If you're using a Client ID, ensure it's linked to the correct tenant and support plan.
    3. You can also try raising the ticket via the Microsoft Admin Center or Partner Center, depending on your role and access level.

If none of these options work, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support directly to verify your support entitlement and get help with accessing the correct Premier ID.

Let me know if this helps!
