Hi community,

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/developer/data-platform/bypass-custom-business-logic?tabs=sdk

BypassCustomPluginExecution is not working even if I use latest version of Microsoft.crmsdk.xrmtooling.coreassembly package.

CRM INSTANCE VERSION - 9.1.14.17

PLUGIN IS STILL GETTING EXECUTED EVEN THOUGH I PASS TRUE VALUE .

CrmServiceClient.BypassPluginExecution=true:

Please help!

Is this functionality not supported on on-premise version of dynamics CRM??

    This feature is not supported on on-premise instance as confirmed by Microsoft

    Then it is what it is. In order to be sure I would recommend getting in touch with Microsoft - they will know it for sure. The feature was released around 2 years ago and it was a time when Online and On-Prem were not the same.

    Hello Bipin,

    That might be a case that this additional parameter is not supported in onprem.

    I might be wrong but in order to bypass plugin execution you have to set the parameter of the request like:

       Entity account = new("account");

       account["name"] = "Sample Account";

       CreateRequest request = new()

       {

           Target = account

       };

       request.Parameters.Add("BypassCustomPluginExecution", true);

       service.Execute(request);
