Smart Help Solution To Navigate To Old CRM 365 Settings

OMG Not able to get a Navigation for your legacy settings page when clicking on Advanced Settings?

 it is getting way around to reach the Settings page!?

I believe until last week crm users , consultants were navigated to the traditional settings page when you clicked on Advanced Settings from crm application

Now when you click on Advanced settings, you are navigated to the power platform admin URL,

Solution :  To minimize  time you may 

Replace Custom URL With your Organization settings Url .

To get started you will first need to kindly follow below steps 

select System Settings under Settings > Administration.

Next, to custom help globally in the system you will want to go down the to the Set custom Help URL section under the General tab in the System Settings and follow these steps.

• Select “Yes” for Use custom Help for customizable entities
• Enter the “URL” where your custom help is stored
• Select “No” for append parameters for URL

Now when a user selects the Help icon your custom help URL will now be Opened which your old CRM setting page .

paste that link as your custom URL address and click OK

 Other ways 

 Now When your click the ? Icon you be navigated to your setting page 

 Conclusion 

This above mock-up screenshots should enable you to implement this solution where user may save  navigating time  between the application and settings  while  using CRM 365. This solution would be ideal for developers , consultant who navigate few hundred time daily for the solution , customization based works
