Shauna Langley has been working with Dynamics 365 Business Central for the past 20 years. My journey began with version 3 of Navision and at that time the company I worked with had decided to implement Navision as their ERP solution. I thoroughly enjoyed the process of migrating from our previous system which prompted me to join my current employer. For the past 16 years I have experienced many different roles, ranging from our support desk, development and consultancy of which I can say was the most enjoyable. Over the years I have gained valuable experience from working with my co-workers, being involving in multiple different types of projects but most importantly using Nav/Navision/Business Central on a daily basis. I would hope that my enthusiasm for the product comes across when discussing the needs of our clients.

I have always loved problem solving and being put in front our clients to come up with a solution has been rewarding over the years. I was recently given the opportunity to move into a pre-sales role which has been fascinating to say the least. I get the opportunity to investigate new functionality and provide content to spread the message even further for the Business Central community. My new role has also given me the time to help others outside of our client base by helping those in the forums that are facing issues that in all honestly I have faced myself over the years. It is important to spread the knowledge as far and wide as possible to enable Business Central users to have the best experience.
