A Glimpse Across Regions:
From Chicago to São Paulo, here’s a snapshot of the workshop sessions we delivered across five cities—each one buzzing with energy, curiosity, and hands-on AI innovation in action.
What We Set Out to Do
Our goal was to demystify Copilot Studio and Azure AI extensibility through hands-on, real-world learning. We designed an immersive 2-day experience combining structured labs and a creative mini hackathon to help partners build their own AI agents, starting with guided scenarios and ending with autonomous innovation.
This wasn’t just a technical event - it was a coordinated effort across three solution areas, five cities, and 17+ Microsoft contributors, driving strategic partner engagement and innovation at scale.
By the Numbers
2-day workshops across 5 cities in the Americas region
Professionals from 95 partner organizations
8 hands-on labs, including advanced orchestration with Azure AI
1 custom-built hackathon challenge: “Sales Buddy – Auto”
Post-event partner follow-ups led to new AI innovation and co-sell discussions
What We Taught
Across the labs, we created and evolved a custom Agent called “Sales Buddy” - from answering sales queries to analyzing documents and transcripts, integrating with Teams, and finally using Orchestration to act autonomously.
This layered journey helped partners:
Understand Copilot Studio extensibility
Use Azure AI Search and Document Intelligence
Connect to external data and build a production-ready agent

The Impact
This wasn't just a workshop—it was the beginning of ongoing partner momentum.
We’ve seen early customer wins where partners applied the workshop learnings to real client scenarios in industries like retail, healthcare, and finance.
Multiple partners are now co-innovating with us, building new AI solutions and offerings using Copilot Studio and Azure AI.
These collaborations are fueling new go-to-market opportunities, including co-sell readiness and joint IP development.
The best part? This program helped demystify complex AI workflows and showed partners that with the right tools, they can move from idea to impact—fast.
