i was having trouble Releasing a SO to warehouse , because every time i did the location was coming empty so i followed the item and found the my Quantity was already at the BAY door But line quantity still shows that the goods are Reserved and NOT Picked
and found that there is WORK and the WORK is COMPLETE at the line level but if you look on top at the header of the WORK you will find the status CANCELED,
to resolve this i PICKED the items manually and then i was able to invoice.
now the issue is resolved
i am trying to figure out in which scenario would the WORK be complete but canceled at the same time ?
****and obviously AX doesn't allow the user to Delete the load if work is complete , so that is impossible
