Is there any way to achieve field level security per record. It can be by custom plugin as well.

I did try creating a custom plugin, but that is giving access to that field for all records.

My use case is: a field on a record should be accessible by a group of people and the record owner for only that record.

How to do this?

Hi,

I'm afraid that's not possible.

According to the Microsoft document.

Field level security | Microsoft Learn

The scope of field-level security is organization-wide rather than specific to individual record instances.

Similarly, for entity records, the privileges granted by the security role apply to the entire entity record, not to a single record instance.
