Create leave plan and accrual amount based on calendar year

Posted on by
Hi There,

I have requirement to create new leave plan. The amount of Annual Leave new joiner being granted is 10 days regardless of the start date, the employee would be granted 15 days for next calendar year and granted 18 days for the next calendar year.

For example, a new joiner Mr. xxx who will join us July 2024 would be granted 10 days of ALs, another 15 days of Annual Leave would be granted at the beginning of next calendar year on January 2025 and another 18 days of Annual Leave would be granted at the beginning of next calendar year on January 2026.

Regards,

Kenath
