How to Add a Text Field Above the Amount Label in Declare Start Amount View?

Posted on by 36

Hi Everyone,

I'm working with the Store Commerce application and need some help with customizing the UI. As shown in the attached screenshot, I want to add a text field above the "Amount" label. How can I achieve this?

Here is the current layout:

Any guidance or steps on how to modify the layout to include a text field in that specific location would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!

Thank You 😇

I think it is impossible to do by using standard extension point.
The view name is CashManagementView, and I couldn't find any extension points on this view (v38).
I think you could consider developing your own view for starting amount declaration, but it will be a challenge to bring all standard functions to it.
